The newborn days can be beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming—and sometimes all three at once.
Postpartum doula support provides compassionate, non-medical help for new parents as you recover, learn your baby, and adjust to life with a newborn.
HOW I CAN HELP

DAYTIME SUPPORT
$30/hour
3-hour minimum
A helping hand during the day so you can shower, nap, eat, recover, or simply have someone beside you while you figure things out.
OVERNIGHT SUPPORT
$50/hour
6-hour minimum
Rest while I care for your baby, assist with feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and other overnight newborn needs.
SUPPORT PACKAGES
Fourth Trimester Starter — $275
10 hours of support
Newborn Nest — $550
20 hours of support
Peace of Mind — $1,050
40 hours of support
Overnight Relief — $575
Two 6-hour overnight shifts
Overnight Bundle — $1375
Five 6-hour overnight shifts
Multiples: +$5/hour. Travel fees may apply outside the local service area.
